Online therapy, otherwise known as “teletherapy,” involves meeting face-to-face with a licensed mental health therapist or counselor using an electronic device such as a computer, smart phone, or tablet. You and your therapist will be able to hear and see each other in real time as if you were having a friendly conversation in the same room.

At Clarity Cultivations we utilize secure online videoconferencing through Doxy.me to provide online therapy.  All data is encrypted, your sessions are anonymous, and none of your information is stored. We adhere to HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR data privacy requirements. 

Meeting online with one of our therapists, or life/business/career coaches is convenient, private just like office-based appointments.
